Maxor is looking for an experienced IT Senior Manager to join our growing technology team. The IT Senior Manager works under the general direction and with oversight from information technology senior leadership and leads the performance management and operations of a dedicated IT team providing technology services to a business line in at Maxor.  The leader will independently manage Information Technology projects and the dedicated team who executes the development and support work plans for an Information Technology product/project portfolio.    The ideal candidate will have experience in the Healthcare industry, preferably including Retail/community pharmacy and/or 340B pharmacy experience. The candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute information technology-related projects and will have experience managing software Development & Infrastructure Projects using both Traditional (waterfall) and Agile Software Development Life Cycle techniques. This leader will have proven experience building, leading and developing a team of technology professionals.  Since this position will engage both in client-interface and in people leadership, the selected professional will possess effective verbal & written communication skills.
