The Principal of DSS is a hands-on strategic contributor who bridges data architecture, analytics enablement, and business outcomes. This individual leads the implementation of best-in-class data governance, modeling standards, and integration practices across VytlOne’s pharmacy analytics ecosystem. The role blends deep technical skills with business fluency to ensure scalable, compliant data usage.

• Serve as the lead architect and SME for VytlOne’s enterprise data model spanning pharmacy, claims, and EMR systems.
• Define and enforce standards for data ingestion, harmonization, and governance across Azure and Databricks.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and analytics teams to maintain regulatory-grade audit trails and performance metrics.
• Translate analytics requirements into scalable data products that support AI development, 340B analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Drive documentation, metadata management, and master data consistency across all analytics environments.
• Mentor data stewards and power users to enhance data literacy and cross-functional enablement.

• 8+ years in healthcare or life sciences data strategy, architecture, or advanced analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing data platforms using Azure Synapse, Databricks, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of 340B program data, pharmacy claims, EMR interoperability, and HIPAA/GxP compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent required; Master’s or professional certification preferred.
