As a member of a Salesforce “Center of Excellence,” this role is crucial in ensuring seamless implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our business needs, particularly in the healthcare domain. This role will act as a liaison between the business, and IT, and third-party technical implementation partners. Possess deep expertise in managing and customizing Salesforce environments, with specific focus on OmniStudio, Health Cloud, and Mulesoft. Partner closely with the Salesforce Business project manager to represent and deliver the needs of the business.

Position Location

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

1. Requirements & Process Gatherings – Elicit, document, and prioritize rules, user stories, and KPIs; map “as-is” and “to-be” workflows to drive alignment and best practices.
2. Declarative configuration – Understand Health Cloud data model decisions, flows, OmniStudio/OmniScripts, security controls, duplicate-prevention logic, and CTI settings; escalate complex build needs to technical teams.
3. Integration & Data Governance - Define standards for workflows, membership, copay/accumulator loads, and PHI safeguards; coordinate with MuleSoft teams. Be able to understand Mulesoft.
4. Release & Change Management - Run backlog grooming, UAT, and Jira change control; publish quarterly roadmaps and executive-ready status reports.
5. Stakeholder Enablement – Deliver training, governance, executive-level communications, coach teams on best practice security, reporting, and adoption
6. Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program

Education / Certification:    

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master’s degree and 5 year of work-related experience
• Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is preferred

Experience:     

• Minimum of three (5) years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud administration
• Salesforce Administration, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio certification is required.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) workflows and processes is preferred
• Experience in Developer Console and automation
• Experience in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and senior leadership
• Experience collaborating with partners, stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to map, analyze, design, document, implement, and support business applications
