VytlOne is currently recruiting for a Manager of 340B Execution Services to join our team! The Manager of 340B Execution Services plays a mission-critical role in optimizing program implementation and compliance across VytleOne’s health system clients. This leader will oversee contract pharmacy performance, data reconciliation, audit preparedness, and replenishment optimization. The role ensures clients capture value and maintain audit readiness through technology-driven and insight-informed execution models.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily execution of 340B contract pharmacy operations including pricing, replenishment, and third-party administration.
  • Ensure audit compliance by implementing robust documentation, reporting, and corrective action mechanisms.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarks for execution performance using Power BI and Databricks.
  • Collaborate with analytics, compliance, and operational teams to identify and resolve program gaps.
  • Continuously optimize operational workflows leveraging automation and EMR data integration.
  • Lead client-facing performance reviews and support contract negotiations from an execution standpoint.
  • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  • Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne's Compliance Program.
  • Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
  • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
  • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
  • Ensure staff is informed of product upgrades or enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Hire, train and discipline staff.
  • Develop and mentor departmental staff by providing career coaching; motivate departmental staff, individually and as a group; understand and support diversity; and establish an effective team.
  • Conduct initial and annual performance evaluations.
  • Promote teamwork.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required; advanced certification or MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years in 340B program operations, health system contracting, or pharmacy compliance roles required.
  • Strong command of 340B regulations, contract pharmacy operations, and vendor platforms.
  • Must have experience working with EMRs, pharmacy data, and compliance tools.
  • Must have strong communication skills to communicate with both external and internal customers.
  • Must function independently, have personal integrity, have flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with other staff.
