Specialty Pharmacy Operations Manager
The Specialty Operations Manager oversees and coordinates key operational functions to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. This role manages and organizes operational projects, leads the planning and coordination of daily activities and meetings, and supports productive vendor relationships. The Specialty Operations Manager helps maintain current accreditations, develops and organizes training materials, and provides essential support for the Specialty including additional enterprise support when warranted. Additionally, the role is responsible for monitoring and managing open internal and external (i.e. WellSky, Relay etc.) IT items and tickets to drive timely resolution and continuous process improvement.

Operational Project & Workflow Coordination
• Manage and organize operational projects with a purpose driven focus on quality, outcomes, and timely delivery
• Plan and coordinate operational activities and meetings with authenticity (clear communication) and One Team partnership
• Support specialty enterprise needs with a One Team mindset and a purpose driven focus on patient outcomes
Vendor & External System Support
• Support vendor relationships with integrity, responsiveness, and excellence for partners
• Manage open internal and external (WellSky, Relay) IT items and tickets with accountability, transparent communication, and timely follow through
Accreditation, Training & Documentation
• Support current accreditation needs through disciplined execution, documentation quality, and integrity in evidence management
• Create and organize training materials that enable One Team consistency and excellence in execution
• Maintain working knowledge of accreditation requirements and apply that knowledge with integrity and attention to detail
Compliance & Required Training
• Promote and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedures, demonstrating integrity and accountability
• Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department, acting with integrity and courage
• Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program, upholding integrity in all actions
• Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists, maintaining integrity and eligibility standards
• Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes to support One Team consistency and excellence

1. Working knowledge of computer software, specifically Microsoft Office and Outlook, to support excellence in day to day execution
2. Ability to accurately enter data into a computer system with integrity and attention to detail
3. Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and deliver excellence for internal and external partners
4. Ability to multi task and work accurately under pressure while maintaining a solution-oriented, One Team mindset
