VytlOne (formerly known as Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation) is seeking a bilingual Spanish, experienced, customer-service oriented Pharmacy Technician for our managed pharmacy in the East Harlem, NY area. The pharmacy is located in the Boriken Health Center Clinic- This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders.

The estimated compensation range for this position is $24-28/ hr depending on experience. 

Certified Pharmacy Technician-Full Time

Monday & Wednesday 8am to 6:30pm Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am to 5:30pm  **NO SUNDAYS**

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Job Requirements:

• Current PTCB Certification a MUST (Or the abiity to obtain your PTCB within 6 months)
• Bilingual, Spanish speaking a MUST
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Computer experience mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

• Pharmacy is located in East Harlem
• Flexible to cover shifts between Monday & Wednesday 8am to 6:30pm Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am to 5:30pm (pharmacy located within clinic)
