VytlOne is currently seeking an experienced, dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting Team.  In this role you are responsible for routine accounting, clerical, or bookkeeping tasks to support accounts payable auditing and/or other accounting functions and will process payments, and verifies accuracy of data.

This position is based onsite in Amarillo, TX.

• Prepare and process invoices, check requests, tax payments and other documents
• Obtain and verify appropriate approvals prior to processing and issuing payments
• Maintain accurate record of work performed, noting details and specifics in writing
• Provide prompt and cooperative assistance to internal and external customers
• Research and troubleshoot problem accounts

Education:                             

• High School Diploma or equivalency.  Some college coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or other related field highly preferred.

Experience:                           

• Minimum two years relevant experience in an automated accounts payable department required.
