Pharmacy Technician - Full Time Floater

VytlOne has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, full-time, customer focused Floater Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity to work within several of the VytlOne's network of clinic based, in-house pharmacies located in the greater NYC area. This full time position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of pay, a generous healthcare benefits plan participation, PTO and 401 (K) Plan with company match. 

This role will travel between our Bronx, Far Rockaway, and Queens locations. Travel to Brooklyn and Manhattan a plus.

Estimated Salary Range:

$26-30/ hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm and willing to float between pharmacises in the greater NYC rea
• Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsof employment (VytlOne will assist)
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills preferred
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently

The pay range is between $26-30/ hr, varying based on experience.
