The Principal is responsible for monitoring the healthcare regulatory landscape and partnering closely with the Vice President to identify both headwinds and tailwinds that may impact the business. This role leads high-impact projects, shapes strategic reporting frameworks, and elevates enterprise insight maturity across pharmacy services and 340B solutions. It is a hybrid role blending hands-on analytics with consultative leadership.

  • Lead the design and governance of centralized 340Bexpertiseinitiatives (e.g., Center of Excellence), including development of best practices, compliance frameworks, and training programs for internal teams and clients.
  • Oversee integration of EMR and payer systems for 340B program compliance, including provider loading, patient merge activities, Medicaid plan setup, and audit coordination.
  • Develop and deliver scenario-based models and opportunity assessments for health system clients, focusing on pharmacy optimization, leakage reduction, and specialty value capture.
  • Communicate potential impacts to internal stakeholders and external clients through clear, actionable insights.
  • Analyze and report on pharmacy service line performance, contract pharmacy capture rates, and specialty value optimization for health system partners.
  • Prototype and implement AI-driven analytics solutions and scalable decision support tools for health system clients.
  • Design and recommend mitigation or optimization strategies to ensure compliance and maximize opportunities.
  • Create high-quality decks and presentations for leadership meetings, client discussions, and webinars to effectively communicate strategies and insights.
  • Monitor the healthcare regulatory landscape and proactively identify both risks and opportunities for VytlOne.
  • Lead design and delivery of strategic analytics projects supporting revenue, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor analysts and guide team development of dashboards, modeling frameworks, and storytelling practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on 340B economics, data integration across EMR/dispensing platforms, and payer insights.
  • Translate business needs into insight strategy using tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Databricks.
  • Partner with business leaders to co-develop KPIs and performance monitoring dashboards.
  • Drive innovation by prototyping AI use cases and turning insights into scalable decision support tools.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedures.
  • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  • Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program.
  • Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
  • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
  • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

STRATEGIC IMPACT

  • Serve as a visible expert and advisor on pharmacy pricing and regulatory matters (e.g., 340B, IRA, State Medicaid) and health system analytics, representing VytlOne in client engagements, industry forums, and internal leadership meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance, reporting, and operational outcomes for health system partners.
  • Actively participate in strategic partnerships and optimization projects across diverse health system settings, collaborating with Health System Strategy leaders, 340B Execution Services managers, and account specialists.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years in commercial or healthcare analytics with increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in 340B program design, implementation, and/or management (e.g., completion of 340B University or equivalent training).
  • Demonstrated experience leading 340B data modeling, audit processes, compliance initiatives, and regulatory reporting.
