As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business-critical applications running smoothly and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll manage essential workflows like file processing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting, while collaborating across teams to maintain system stability and deliver an exceptional user experience. • Monitor and maintain daily IT operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to and resolve application user and internal business team requests related to internal applications and ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot application and software issues across servers, databases, and desktops.
• Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and application changes.
• Load and validate files into production systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve file load errors, such as missing identifiers or failed executions.
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Recommend process improvements based on incident trends and user feedback.
• Participate in the design and delivery of training programs for end-users.

Education:                             

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or similar discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience:                           

• 1-3 years of directly-related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
2. Excellent written communication skills.
3. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
4. Experience in user testing of applications and IT automation of processes
5. Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
6. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
7. SQL Server query writing and database usage.
8. Working knowledge of Atlassian products Confluence and Jira.
9. Basic knowledge of SDLC concepts.
