This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to work within the Community Health Network Pharmacy, a clinic-based pharmacy in Long Island City, NY

This retail pharmacy is managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services in Amarillo, TX
The estimated comepnsation range for this position is $22-27/ hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders.
