Pharmacy Technician - Lamoille Health Pharmacy, Stowe, VT - $1500 Sign On Bonus

Maxor National Pharmacy Services is looking for a compassionate, customer service oriented Pharmacy Technician to work full time in our Maxor managed pharmacy at Lamoille Health Pharmacy, a community healthcare center based retail pharmacy located in Stowe, VT.  In this integrated model, the Maxor pharmacy team will work closely with providers and clinic staff collaboratively, providing team-based medicine with a strong pharmacy component to provide optimal care for patients. Maxor National Pharmacy Services, headquartered in Amarillo, TX, manages the pharmacy, including personnel.

The compensation range for this role is projected to be 22-27/hr, depending on experience. 

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

• Active pharmacy technician license in the State of VT
• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain your certification within 6 months (Maxor will assist)
• A minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience 
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Computer experience mandatory
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide outreach to providers and optimal patient care
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
