We’re looking for a Software Engineer III to lead the development of innovative pharmacy applications and services.

 

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll design, develop, and optimize mission-critical software solutions that power pharmacy operations, payment systems, inventory control, and point-of-sale (POS) platforms. You’ll be instrumental in shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving forward our tech modernization roadmap.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead full-stack software development efforts from architecture to deployment using Agile-Waterfall hybrid methodologies.
  2. Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable applications across the Windows platform.
  3. Drive application modernization including migration from Delphi-based platforms to current .NET and cloud-based technologies.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI teams, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-driven features.
  5. Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise in payment systems, pharmacy management systems, inventory management, and POS integrations.
  6. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, AngularJS or ReactJS.
  7. Develop and optimize REST APIs and services to improve system interoperability and performance.
  8. Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, or similar tools.
  9. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of bugs and defects.
  10. Enforce coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited institution (preferred).

Experience

  • 8–15 years of experience in software development, focusing on Windows applications and backend services in Microsoft environments.
  • Proven expertise in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
  • 7+ years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and Informix.
  • 3+ years using source control systems (Azure DevOps, Git, TFS, or SVN).
  • Strong experience with:
    • .NET/C#
    • AngularJS or ReactJS
    • JavaScript/TypeScript
    • JSON, REST APIs, HTML/CSS
    • Azure cloud and Windows platforms
    • PowerShell scripting
  • Preferred experience with Delphi-based systems and transitioning them to modern stacks.
  • Domain knowledge in pharmacy software, payment processing systems, POS, or inventory management applications is highly desirable.
