Maxor National Pharmacy Services has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, bilingual Spanish, full-time, customer focused Floater Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity to work within several of the Maxor National Pharmacy Services network of clinic based, in-house pharmacies located in the greater NYC area. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications:

• Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm and willing to float between pharmacises in the greater NYC rea
• Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsof employment (Maxor will assist)
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred.
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills preferred
• Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
