The Sr. Analyst of Data & Decision Science is a key member of a dynamic team leading our analytics department, focused on leveraging big data to drive strategic decision-making and actionable insights. This role is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with Maxor’s goals, enhancing capabilities in predictive analytics, and improving our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Education:

• Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:   

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big data technologies.
• Strong background in using advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Scala.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy services industry.
2. Familiarity with cloud technologies and machine learning frameworks.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
