Overview

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts and building rapport with both external and internal team members. The Inside Sales Representative should have a background in healthcare, ideally at least tangentially in the pharmacy space

 

Position Location

This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship building, nurturing prospects throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have 
  • Prospecting, including researching potential clients, making cold calls, creating campaigns and sending communications to create new business.
  • Creating content to support lead generation, including writing emails, LinkedIn messages, text messages with minimal oversight.
  • Lead qualification, including qualifying leads before passing them on to the sales or accounts team.
  • Collaboration, working with the sales team to reach revenue targets and grow the company's client base 
  • Utilizer of technology & buying behavior to automate outreach cadences via tools like Apollo and SalesLoft.
  • Adept at conducting and assembling research to drive thoughtful and strategic outreach as well as prepare in-market teams for sales interactions.

Qualifications

Education:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:   

  • 3-5 years of Business Development, Inside Sales or Direct Sales experience required
  • Healthcare experience ideally within or adjacent to Pharmacy/Pharmacy services and Hospital/Health System call points

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  1. Strong project management and follow-up skills
  2. Competency with common prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Definitive Healthcare, etc.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  4. Creative and strategic problem-solving ability
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally
  6. Willingness to travel, as necessary, to support Company’s presence at trade shows and conferences
  7. Other duties assigned including but not limited to, building and refining internal and external PowerPoint presentations
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  9. Positive attitude, innovative, self-starter
