The Senior Clinical Analytics Consultant designs complex analytics/reporting solutions and analyzes data supporting a variety of business needs ranging from day-to-day operations of Clinical Analytics, Product Development to key Strategic business decisions. The analyst will have direct responsibility for creating automated processes to facilitate report generation and end-user consumption. The analyst will work with various internal and external stakeholders to obtain requirements for analytics needs. The analyst will work independently and/or with leadership to determine the steps needed to create and execute the desired deliverables. The analyst will write/build queries ranging in complexity across multiple systems within multiple business units but will focus primarily on working within the pharmacy and PBM data sets.
The Analytics Consultant also serves as subject matter expert and liaison in the development of analytics, reporting, and clinical outcomes methodology for Maxor Clinical and Analytic products. The position is integral in engagement and training of the client services/account facing teams. The position will be responsible for working with VP of Clinical Analytics and Product Development in the development of requirement and methodology, user acceptance testing (UAT), and overall quality control for all clinical analytics products including the following:
