Maxor National Pharmacy Services is seeking a highly competent System Alnalyst Liaison with working knowledge of pharmacy operations. Qualified candidates will have experience preferrably having worked in an inpatient hospital or LTC pharmacy setting, including both front and back end fulfillment experience, and with 1-2 years of project managmenet experience.

The Pharmacy Manager (PIC) directs and coordinates all pharmacy activities, including clinical services, performance improvement, dispensing, and the purchasing, receipt and storage of pharmaceuticals.  They will collaborate with upper level management in order to ensure the delivery of high quality pharmacy services and safe, effective, and appropriate medication treatment.

 

Job Summary

The Systems Analyst Liaison is an IT professional with hands on experience as a computer support technician and advanced skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network connectivity issues. This role involves communicating appropriately and timely in the delivery of services detailed in various Scopes of Work.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and clients.
  2. Monitor and report upon Service Level Agreements
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with system upgrades and other implementations.
  4. Create project plan for system changes.
  5. Assist in management and escalation for Help Desk requests.
  6. Troubleshoot system issues.
  7. Assist with maintenance of servers and printers.
  8. Training for new users and changes to systems
  9. Document system changes and create such training materials as are necessary.
  10. Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  11. Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
  12. Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
  13. Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
  14. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
  15. Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
  16. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or related field or, equivalent experience in an outpatient or retail pharmacy setting may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree

 

Experience: Specialized experience that includes working knowledge of pharmacy in an inpatient hospital or LTC/Skilled Nursing setting preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in project management, having worked on complex projects.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of Software Maintenance Process and testing capabilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to triage hardware and software issues and escalate with recommendations for timely solutions.
  • Understanding of and experience with application development and implementation.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records and system integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Experience in conducting end user training sessions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and SQL
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with a wide spectrum of health care, information technology and administrative team members.
  • Ability to rapidly modify or shift priorities to meet client/patient needs as required.

 

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Security Clearance required per site/correctional facility requirements.
