The Director of Product Management will lead the development and launch of new products and enhancements for pharmacy benefits and clinical programs. They will possess a deep understanding of the industry landscape and competitive dynamics, driving innovative solutions to enhance quality, improve member health outcomes, and achieve cost efficiencies for both members and clients. The focus will be on driving customer growth, delivering savings, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience.

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Innovation and other stakeholders to shape the product and service roadmap for MaxorPlus.
• Lead and manage a team of product managers.
• Solicit and integrate feedback from various sources to innovate and improve products and services.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, providing necessary support and resources for skill development.
• Partner with Marketing department to maximize revenue, enhance client satisfaction,
• Review contract renewals and develops strategies in partnership with the Account Management team.
• Drive the development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of pharmacy benefit and clinical program products and services.
• Serve as a key resource for product strategy, offering expertise on pharmacy benefit benefit and clinical program products.
• Foster a culture of curiosity to understand and improve existing systems and processes, informing product design and development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop project plans and oversee the rollout of new products and services.
• Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape and anticipate market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Partner with marketing to create market-facing collateral across the product lifecycle, including sales materials, RFP responses, and promotional content.
• Identify and execute marketing activities in alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure consistent representation of products and services across proposals, sales materials, and other collateral.
• Support various Clinical strategy initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
• Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
• Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
• Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.

Education:                              Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Experience:                           

• 5-7 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in pharmacy benefit management preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management and Product Development, including product launches and lifecycle management, with demonstrated experience leading teams. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration, team leadership and project management to achieve successful outcomes.
• Track record of managing cross-functional projects to meet deadlines and objectives effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control, and monitor project activities, include basic financial analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities within a matrix organization.
• Versatile and self-directed, capable of tacking diverse challenges autonomously with minimal supervision.
