Responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

 

Support End Users:

  • Manage and support 350+ end users, ensuring a seamless experience with Salesforce Health & Data Cloud.
  • Ensure users are getting the most out of the technology.
  • Maintain a keen focus on user satisfaction and usability.
  • Support daily needs of all stakeholders and their teams.

Customize the Platform:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand project goals and gather system requirements to propose solutions that align with business needs.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring thorough testing and clear communication before deploying changes.
  • Administer third-party integrations to enhance system functionality.
  • Maximize return on investment (ROI) by aligning Salesforce with corporate objectives.
  • Plan for scalability to accommodate future growth.

Project Management:

  • Lead a team of 2 salesforce project managers to deliver successful projects.
  • Oversee data management, security, and analytics within the Health and Data Cloud environment.
  • Ensure timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Create and lead a Salesforce “Center of Excellence” to lead and manage Maxor’s Salesforce platform, including projects / enhancements, maintenance, and support. Drive positive, direct relationships with stakeholders throughout Maxor and Gateway Health Partners.
  • Create a unified product roadmap for the Salesforce platform
  • Act as a liaison between IT and the business, understanding how Salesforce Health Cloud enables defined business goals.
  • Communicate effectively at an executive level.
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce enhancements and capabilities available through Health, Data and Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

Education:                              Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master’s degree and 1 year of work-related experience

 

Certifications:

  • Data Cloud and Health Cloud Administrator certification (required)
  • Marketing cloud certification (preferred)

Experience:

  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of Salesforce configurations.
  • Relevant Salesforce Health Cloud platform development experience.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience with HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScrip.t
  • 2+ years’ experience with SOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniques
  • Familiarity with security standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO and data encryption preferred.
  • Change Management leadership and execution.
  • Proven ability to communicate and lead at an executive level.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience (preferred)
