Overview

Maxor has an opportunity for an Analyst, 340B Product Innovation & Analytics to join our growing team. In this technical role, the Analyst will provide broad-based support across Maxor’s 340B service portfolio.  This includes, but is not limited to, supporting initiatives across contract pharmacy administration, split billing, referral capture, program management service lines; supporting sales & marketing initiatives; and supporting various business process improvement initiatives across the department.

 

*Ideal candidate is experienced with:

1)  SQL

2)  Excel pivot tables, equations, and data manipulation with Power Query

3)  Some experience creating paginated reports and dashboards

4)  Eagerness to learn and a creative mind to design and think outside the box

5)  Pharmacy, 340B experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Update client facing PowerBI reporting
  • Implement a redesign of current reports for various products
  • Build out dashboards and reports PowerBI
  • QA/QC check for BI reports
  • Operations team resource for routine and ad hoc analytics & reporting requests
  • Support Sales leadership on sales analytics/reporting, and routine and ad hoc requests
  • Support implementation team as needed on various setup elements of service lines
  • Support service line leaders as needed on operational elements of programs
  • Develop analytical models to support decision making
  • Support product team on User Acceptance Testing
  • Support team needs on various support applications/systems, including JIRA, Smart Sheets, and Hubspot

Qualifications

Education:                             

  • Bachelor's degree; data science, business data analytics, computer science or similar preferred

Experience:                           

  • Minimum 2+ years experience directly related to the functions of the position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of 340B drug discount program
  • Basic knowledge of 340B drug discount program
  • SQL SSMS
  • Database queries
  • PowerBI
  • QA/QC checks of BI reports
  • Possess a strong attention to detail, organization, and consistently adhere to administrative procedures
  • Comfortable analyzing, reviewing, researching and troubleshooting issues
  • Strong analytical background with experience in working with data and producing reports
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thoughtfully address requests for information and raise issues to management as warranted
  • Effectively develop meaningful relationships with a wide range of individuals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Work independently and maintain acceptable work quality
