    Maxor National Pharmacy Services (“Maxor”) has a new opportunity for an Analyst, Pharmacy Analytics to join our growing Finance team.

     

    The Analyst is responsible for the development of analytics in support of the organization’s pharmacy network and MAC management programs.  Work closely with Pharmacy Network, Underwriting, Account Management and other teams to support client acquisition, renewals, and contract compliance.   Utilize SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to aid in performance quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial modeling, and economic forecasting.

     

    Location: Remote, home-based

    Responsibilities

    1. Support pharmacy and client contract management and compliance support through analytics.
    2. Support Maxor’s MAC pricing strategy.
    3. Support the sales process by providing pharmacy network and MAC pricing guidance for PBM RFP opportunities.
    4. Provide analytical support to Pharmacy Network for contracting with pharmacy providers.
    5. Use reporting and data extract tools to obtain required data for analytics and research.
    6. Develop and maintain margin reporting and analyses.
    7. Streamline processes and models to drive efficiency and accuracy.
    8. Develop and implement pharmacy network and MAC management reporting.
    9. Assist in developing budgets and forecasts as it relates to pharmacy network and MAC pricing yields and performance.
    10. Participate in ad-hoc department and company projects.
    11. Work with Sales and Leadership teams in creating pricing and product positioning strategies.
    12. Support functional & organizational initiatives as required.
    13. Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

    Qualifications

    Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics preferred.

     

    Experience: Minimum 2 years’ related experience in finance, analysis and reporting.
