The Senior Legal Counsel is the legal advisor and point of Legal contact for the PBM business unit, which serves self-funded group health plans and an ACA health insurance exchange plan. Senior Legal Counsel will partner with business leaders on contracting, regulatory matters, and other legal needs in a growing, entrepreneurial healthcare business. As such, the Senior Legal Counsel will leverage general health care law experiences and knowledge, as well as specific knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, including state PBM laws, HIPAA, ERISA, the ACA, and the CAA, to support the business leaders with issue evaluation, contracting, proposing solutions, and more.

Ideal Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Business, HR or related field. Education requirements may be substituted for the relevant combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- 5+ years’ experience with multiple integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) Systems: UKG Pro, ICIMS, Cornerstone
- Data integrations and in-depth technical experience; systems analysis, user testing, and production support experience preferred
- At least two years of experience as system administrator to multiple Human Capital Systems.
- 3+ years working with database reporting systems, word processing and spreadsheet software experience (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in SQL and Web Services (API) experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Demonstrated expertise applying systems-thinking/critical thinking skills to develop and execute detailed action plans.

The Tax Manager is responsible for managing all elements of the corporate tax accounting processes and procedures to ensure that all income tax filings are current and that monthly tax obligations have been satisfied. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and reporting of financial information and ensuring that information adheres to GAAP and internal company policies. Responsibilities may include developing tax accounting policies, procedures, and controls; utilizing tax and accounting systems to automate and improve process efficiencies; interacting with personnel in varying disciplines of the enterprise including, but not limited to, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Finance as well as other Tax professionals; interaction with the Company’s external audit firm.

Ideal Experience Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
- CPA certification preferred. Experience in the industry may supersede CPA certification.
